Salmon & Crab Cakes

INGREDIENTS IN SALMON CRAB CAKES

  • 1 Canned salmon
  • 1 Canned lump crab meat- not the imitation kind
  • 10 Toasted Sesame Seed Crackers
  • 2 Green onion stalks
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Red, Yellow, and Orange Peppers
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbs Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbs Chinese Cooking Wine
  • 3 tbs Corn Starch
