INGREDIENTS IN SALMON CRAB CAKES
- 1 Canned salmon
- 1 Canned lump crab meat- not the imitation kind
- 10 Toasted Sesame Seed Crackers
- 2 Green onion stalks
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup Red, Yellow, and Orange Peppers
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbs Lemon Juice
- 2 tbs Chinese Cooking Wine
- 3 tbs Corn Starch
